Refund Policy

We want you to be happy with your subscription. This policy explains when refunds are available.
1. Refund Window
You may request a refund within 7 days of your initial purchase if the service does not work for you and we are unable to resolve the issue. Refund requests outside this window are considered case by case.
2. Troubleshooting First
Most playback issues are quick to fix. Please contact support before requesting a refund so we can help get you up and running — most problems are resolved within minutes.
3. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds are not available where credentials have been shared or used beyond plan limits, for partially used billing periods after the refund window, or where a chargeback has already been filed.
4. Renewals
Auto-renewing subscriptions can be canceled anytime from your account page to prevent future charges. Cancel before the renewal date to avoid being billed for the next period.
5. How to Request
To request a refund, contact us via our contact page or email support@cablecutters.example with your order email and purchase date. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method.
